环氧乙烷球罐储运工艺现状与优化 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析环氧乙烷的物理化学性质及其与氮气在不同温度压力下的气相摩尔分数值,确定了环氧乙烷球罐的合理储存工艺参数。介绍环氧乙烷球罐区储运方案,重点分析了设备和管道的材质、球罐液位计选取、球罐液相和气相空间的循环方案、输送泵选型、管道输送方案、泄放池的设置。分析了现有储运方案的不足之处,提出了环氧乙烷球罐改用上进上出的方案,可以有效的减少建造泄放池的投资及确保环氧乙烷球罐的本质安全。 The reasonable storage process parameters of ethylene oxide spherical tank were determined by analyzing the physical and chemical properties of ethylene oxide and its gas phase mole fraction with nitrogen at different temperatures and pressures.This paper introduces the storage and transportation scheme of ethylene oxide spherical tank area,focusing on the material of equipment and pipeline,the selection of spherical tank level gauge,the circulation scheme of spherical tank liquid phase and gas phase space,delivery pump selection,pipeline delivery scheme and the setting of discharge pool.The shortcomings of the existing storage and transportation schemes are analyzed,and the scheme of changing ethylene oxide spherical tank to top in and top out is put forward,which can effectively reduce the investment in the construction of discharge tank and ensure the intrinsic safety of ethylene oxide spherical tank.
