减压干燥系统工艺设计分析

摘要 考察减压干燥系统进料温度、操作压力、理论板数对柴油收率、柴油产品水含量、系统冷凝负荷、塔径的影响。进料温度和操作压力对设备投资和产品质量影响较大,设计时需综合比较;理论板数的影响较小,在保证产品质量的前提下,可适当减少理论板数。 The effects of feed temperature,operating pressure and theoretical plate number on the yield of diesel oil,water content of diesel products,system condensation load and column diameter were investigated.Feed temperature and operating pressure have a great impact on equipment investment and product quality,and a comprehensive comparison is required during design;the influence of the number of theoretical plates is small,and the number of theoretical plates can be appropriately reduced on the premise of ensuring product quality.
