在化工生产行业中,部分工序所用到的介质或材料具有一定易燃易爆高危风险,近年来我国一直尝试在化工行业中采取一种的风险评估方法,全面控制石油化工生产环节的安全风险。但当前采用的危险性与可操作性(HAZOP)矩阵风险评估体系,在风险等级量化上还存在缺陷。因此,本文对保护层分析(LOPA)在HAZOP风险矩阵的实际应用结合方法进行探究,希望可以为化工行业识别生产中的安全风险,提供一些理论方向。

In the chemical production industry,the media or materials used in some processes have certain flammable and explosive high-risk risks.In recent years,China has been trying to adopt a new risk assessment method in the chemical industry to comprehensively control the safety risks in petrochemical production.However,the hazard and operability(HAZOP)matrix risk assessment system currently used is still slightly deficient in the quantification of risk level.Therefore,this paper explores the practical application of layer of protection analysis(LOPA)in HAZOP risk matrix,hoping to provide some theoretical directions for the chemical industry to identify the safety risks in production.
