摘要 随着工业现代化能力的发展,工业生产呈现多种形式,其中也埋下许多安全隐患。粉尘爆炸具有极强的破坏性,并且对生产安全具有极大威胁。但是由于抑制粉尘爆炸的相关技术不完善,尤其是在粉尘安全生产、储存、运输和应用过程等方面有着很大的研究空间。尽管近些年对粉尘爆炸机理和防治技术有了一些系统、深入的研究,但粉尘爆炸事件仍连年频发且爆炸造成的危害较以前破坏性更强。为了更加深入地了解粉尘爆炸及抑制方法,防止粉尘爆炸事故的发生以及更好地对事故进行处理,本文分别从粉尘爆炸的相关机理、惰化技术、泄爆技术、抑爆技术这几方面进行阐述。 With the development of industrial modernization capability,industrial production presents various forms,which also have many security risks.Among them,dust explosion is extremely destructive.Compared with other explosions,dust explosion has a great threat to production safety.However,due to the imperfection of dust explosion suppression technology,there is a lot of research space especially in dust safety production,storage,transportation and application process.Although there are some systematic and in-depth researches on dust explosion mechanism and prevention technology in recent years,dust explosion events have been reduced compared with previous years,but dust explosion events still occur year after year.Some dust explosion accidents are more destructive than before.In order to have a deeper understanding of dust explosion and its suppression methods and prevent dust explosion accidents,and deal with dust explosion accidents,this paper expounds the relevant mechanism of dust explosion,inerting technology,explosion discharge technology,explosion suppression technology and other aspects.
