两级芬顿处理垃圾渗滤液纳滤浓缩液膜浓缩液的研究 被引量:4

摘要 根据垃圾渗滤液纳滤浓缩液的减量化膜浓缩液(简称中浓废水)的水质特征,设计采用新型的两级芬顿氧化工艺对其进行处理。通过试验验证pH值、FeSO_(4)用量、H_(2)O_(2)用量及反应时间等因素对该废水处理效果的影响,并确定最佳反应条件。结果表明,在两级芬顿氧化工艺的最佳反应条件下,原水COD从12600 mg/L降低到4940 mg/L,BOD 5/COD从0.03提高到0.30。中浓废水经两级芬顿氧化处理后出水的可生化性得到显著提高,可进入高耐盐型生化处理系统进行后续处理。 Based on the water quality characteristics of the reduced membrane concentrate(referred to as medium-concentration wastewater)of the landfill leachate nanofiltration concentrate,a new type of two-stage Fenton oxidation process was used for treatment.The influences of pH,FeSO_(4) dosage,H_(2)O_(2) dosage and reaction time on wastewater treatment effect were analyzed to confirm the best reaction conditions.The results show that under the optimal reaction conditions of the two-stage Fenton oxidation process,the COD of raw water from 12600 mg/L was reduced to 4940 mg/L and the BOD 5/COD was increased from 0.03 to 0.30.After the treatment of two-stage Fenton oxidation process,the biodegradability of the effluent from the medium-concentration wastewater was significantly improved,and the effluent can be processed into the high salt-tolerant biochemical treatment system for subsequent treatment.
