摘要 利用熔融共混法制备了PVC/碳纤维粉(CF)复合材料,研究了不同填充量CF对复合材料性能的影响,并制备了电工管材。结果表明,CF在复合材料中分散良好,CF对PVC具有较好的增强增刚作用,且提高了其维卡软化点温度(VST)和玻璃化转变温度、导热系数和表面电阻率。其中,在CF含量20份时,PVC的拉伸强度提高了23%,弯曲模量提高了118%,维卡软化点温度从78.3℃提高到82.5℃,玻璃化转变温度提高了2.24℃,密度仅提高了3.5%,表面电阻率降低到1010Ω,导热系数提高了约50%,介电损耗因素无明显变化;制备的电工导管,符合相关行业标准。 PVC/carbon fiber powder(CF)composites were prepared by melt blending method.The effects of different CF content on the properties of the composites were studied,and electrical conduits were prepared.The results show that CF is well dispersed in the composites.CF has a good reinforcing and stiffening effect on PVC,and increases its Vicat softening point temperature,glass transition temperature(T g),thermal conductivity(λ)and surface resistivity(ρs).When the CF content is 20 phr,the tensile strength of PVC is increased by 23%,the bending modulus is increased by 118%,the Vicat softening point temperature is increased from 78.3℃to 82.5℃,the glass transition temperature is increased by 2.24℃,the density is increased by 3.5%,ρs is reduced to 1010Ω,λis increased by 50%,and the dielectric loss factor has no obvious change.The prepared electrical conduits meet the relevant industry standards.
