摘要
为满足特定武器装备高温(250℃)的使用环境,设计了一种耐高温的火工药剂,通过不同配方的对比试验验证和类相容性试验方法,得出最优的配方,并找出了在高温(250℃)下的热安定性较差的成分,研究结果表明:配方为23%Pb(N_(3))_(2)+57%Sb_(2)S_(3)+20%Ba(NO_(3))_(2)的针刺药可满足使用要求;斯蒂芬酸铅在温度250℃,持续2 h的条件下,会产生爆炸现象。研究结果可为耐高温火工药剂的发展提供指导。
In order to meet the high temperature(250℃)use environment of specific weapons and equipments,a high temperature resistant initiating explosive is designed in this paper.Through the comparative test verification of different formulations and the class compatibility test method,the optimal formulation is obtained,and the composition with poor thermal stability at high temperature(250℃)is found.The results show that the stab composition with the formula of 23%Pb(N_(3))_(2)+57%Sb_(2)S_(3)+20%Ba(NO_(3))_(2)can meet the application requirements.Lead stephanite will explode when the temperature is 250℃for 2 h.The above results can provide guidance for the development of high temperature resistant initiating explosive.
