摘要
介绍作为感光性干膜之外,还解释了感度以及支配它们的因素。除了配方基质对感度的影响外,介绍了目前主流的六芳基双咪唑光引发剂的光引发机理以及提高感度的方法。
In this article,we explain sensitivities and the factors that govern them in addition to being photosensitive dry films.In addition to the influence of the formula matrix on the sensitivity,we introduced the photoinitiation mechanism of the current mainstream hexaarylbisimidazole photoinitiator and the method to improve the sensitivity.
