摘要
随着近海油气开发的饱和,海工产品开始向深水发展。海工产品的重控要求越来越严格。网格托架在保证其载荷能力的前提下,自重仅为梯形托架的1/3左右,便于达到项目的重控要求;其次,网格托架构件简单,安装便捷,可以缩短(1/3~2/3)的托架架设周期,节约大量人工时投入;且结合配套的CAD插件亦可以有效地提高设计人员的工作效率,缩短托架的相关设计周期;最后,网格托架的材料成本基本与梯形托架持平。综合各个因素,网格托架的使用能有效地减少项目成本投入。
The exploitation for the oil and gas in iffshore is almost saturated.And now focus in deepwater area.The requirement of weight control for marine platform is more and more strict.The weight of wire type cable tray that with same load capacity is only 1/3 of normal cable ladder.It’s easier to achieve the goal of weight control.Besides,it’s much convenient to assemble in site for simple component.As the experience,1/3~2/3 working hours can be take-off.And designing with CAD plug-in that provided by vender of wire type cable tray is high-efficiency.Finally,the price for the wire type cable tray is basically equal with normal cable ladder.So,it can effectively reduce the cost of project.
