摘要 介绍了安庆石化Ⅱ丙烯腈装置大循环系统工艺,对贫水/富水换热器E2108堵塞的原因进行了分析,并提出了在线清堵措施。于2021年11月11日E2108一次清堵成功,解决了因换热器管程堵塞引起的回收塔进料温度低,工艺操作难度大的问题,同时减少了回收塔塔釜0.3 MPa蒸汽的消耗,保证了回收塔塔顶产品合格,取得了较好的经济效益。 This paper introduces the process of the large circulation system of Anqing Petrochemical II acrylonitrile unit,analyzes the causes of the blockage of the lean water/rich water heat exchanger E2108,and proposes online blockage removal measures.On November 11,2021,E2108 was successfully cleared at one time,which solved the problem of the low feed temperature of the recovery tower and difficult process operation caused by the blockage of the tube side of the heat exchanger,and at the same time reduced the 0.3 MPa steam consumption of the recovery tower kettle,to ensure that the top product of the recovery tower is qualified,and good economic benefits have been achieved.
