摘要
基于夹杂理论体系,在细集料、矿粉和30%胶粉改性沥青组成沥青胶砂的基础上填充不同比例单粒径(9.5~13.2 mm)粗集料,通过静压试验成型夹杂单粒径粗集料胶粉改性沥青胶砂试件,借助AMPT试验得到沥青胶砂的动态模量以及相位角,根据时-温等效原理,通过非线性最小二乘法西歌摩德函数拟合得到沥青胶砂动态模量的主曲线,得到更宽的频率范围的动态模量。研究表明:随着填充率的增大,沥青胶砂动态模量增大,相位角减小;随着温度的升高,沥青胶砂动态模量大幅度减少,相位角随频率的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势;西歌摩德拟合到的沥青砂浆动态模量主曲线连续而平滑,与试验数据有良好的相关性,可以得到更宽频率范围内的动态模量。
Based on the inclusion theory system,the asphalt mortar composed of fine aggregate,mineral powder and 30%rubber powder modified asphalt is filled with coarse aggregates of different proportions with single particle size(9.5~13.2 mm),and the inclusions are formed by static pressure test.The sample of asphalt mortar modified with coarse-grained aggregate rubber powder was obtained by AMPT test to obtain the dynamic modulus and phase angle of asphalt mortar.The main curve of the dynamic modulus of asphalt mortar is obtained by combining,and the dynamic modulus of a wider frequency range is obtained.The research shows that:with the increase of filling rate,the dynamic modulus of asphalt mortar increases,and the phase angle decreases;with the increase of temperature,the dynamic modulus of asphalt mortar decreases greatly,and the phase angle increases with the increase of frequency.The trend of increasing first and then decreasing;the main curve of the dynamic modulus of asphalt mortar fitted by Sigmod is continuous and smooth,and has a good correlation with the test data,and a wider frequency range of dynamic modulus can be obtained.
