低氮燃烧器的配置与控制系统设计

Configuration and Control System Design of Low Nitrogen Burner

近年来,低氮燃烧器的应用越来越广泛,然而在改造过程中也出现了各类不同的实际性问题,只有良好的配置和控制系统才能使低氮燃烧器发挥出最大的优势。本文从烟气外循环低氮燃烧器的基本配置、燃烧控制系统、低氮控制系统三方面着手进行设计,提高了低氮燃烧器的安全性能,环保和低氮性能。对于提升低氮燃烧器的进一步优化发展具有一定的参考意义。

In recent years,the application of low nitrogen burner is more and more extensive,however,various practical problems also appear in the reform process,only good configuration and control system can make the low nitrogen burner play the greatest advantage.In this paper,the basic configuration,combustion control system and low nitrogen control system of low nitrogen burner with flue gas external circulation are designed to improve the safety performance,environmental protection and low nitrogen performance.It has certain reference significance for promoting the further optimization and development of the low nitrogen burner.
