摘要
举重作为奥运会重要项目之一,受到人们的关注与重视。体能训练是举重训练的重要内容,可提升举重运动员的体能素质,使举重运动员具有力量与速度,实现力量素质、体能素质、耐力素质的有机融合,在三种素质相辅相成中,促使运动员赢得举重比赛的胜利。而如何提升举重运动员体能素质成为重要话题,对此,依据举重运动员体能素质提升训练的要求,分析举重运动员体能素质提升训练的方法及原则,并提出举重运动员体能素质提升训练的实践对策。
Weightlifting,as one of the important events in the Olympic Games,has attracted people’s attention.Physical training is an important part of weightlifting training.It can improve the physical quality of weightlifters,make them have strength and speed,realize the organic integration of strength quality,physical fitness quality and endurance quality,and promote the athletes to win weightlifting competitions and competitions in the complementary three qualities.How to improve the physical quality of weightlifters has become an important topic.In this regard,according to the requirements of physical quality improvement training of weightlifters,this paper analyzes the methods and principles of physical quality improvement training of weightlifters,and puts forward practical countermeasures for physical quality improvement training of weightlifters.
