学校体育课程“运动处方教学模式”的构建探究

摘要 在新的学校体育改革过程中,要求教师要根据不同的学生制定出相适应的教学模式。“运动处方教学模式”是以学生为主体,并且在新课改过程中,积极促进学生参与体育锻炼,以达到获得体育知识的目的。该文通过查找文献的方法,对“运动处方教学模式”的构建与体系进行描述,从运动处方的确定、设计、实施、评价各个环节入手,对学生所表现出的各种问题进行描述。最后,通过实际的“运动处方教学模式”和实施效果,提出“运动处方教学模式”的作用与特征,为我国学校体育改革引入“运动处方教学模式”提供理论依据。 In the process of the new school PE reform,teachers are required to develop suitable teaching modes according to different students."Sports prescription teaching mode"takes students as the main body,and actively promote students to participate in physical exercise in the process of the new curriculum reform,so as to obtain sports knowledge.This paper describes the construction and system of the"sports prescription teaching mode"by searching the literature,and describes the various problems of students from the determination,design,implementation and evaluation of sports prescription.Finally,through the actual"Sports Prescription Teaching Mode"and its implementation effect,this paper puts forward the role and characteristics of"Sports Prescription Teaching Mode",which provides a theoretical basis for the introduction of"Sports Prescription Teaching Mode"into school physical education reform in China.
