Key Issues and Path Selections of Agricultural Green Development in Main Grain Producing Areas

粮食安全始终是党中央、国务院高度关注的重大战略问题。粮食主产区在保障国家粮食安全中发挥着重要作用,实现粮食主产区农业绿色发展具有重要意义。在系统梳理相关文献的基础上,分析粮食主产区农业绿色发展的现状,以及需要解决的农业生产资源保护、农业生产环境改善以及农民收益实现三个关键问题,提出以创新理念引领农业绿色发展的方向、以保护水土夯实农业绿色发展的基础、以防治污染改善农业生产环境的质量、以强化设施提升农业生产系统的能力、以完善制度保障农业生产主体的收益5个方面的路径选择。

Food security has always been a major strategic issue of great concern to the Party Central Committee and the State Council. The main grain producing areas play an important role in ensuring national food security, and it is of great significance to realize agricultural green development in the main grain producing areas. On the basis of systematically reviewing relevant literature, this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural green development in the main grain producing areas, and three key issues that need to be solved, including the protection of agricultural production resources, the improvement of agricultural production environment, and the realization of farmers’ benefits.It also proposes five path selections: leading the direction of agricultural green development by innovating ideas, consolidating the foundation of agricultural green development by protecting soil and water, improving the quality of agricultural production environment by preventing pollution, enhancing the ability of agricultural production systems by strengthening facilities, and ensuring the benefits of agricultural production entities by improving the system.
