摘要 传统现浇钢筋混凝土屋顶挑檐施工中,需搭设和拆除悬挑操作支撑平台,属于“危大工程”,且施工周期长。本文提出一种全尺寸预制钢筋混凝土装配式屋顶挑檐技术,结构构件为全尺寸预制钢筋混凝土构件,采用预埋钢板干式连接进行装配,可不用搭设悬挑操作支撑平台,安装速度快,并且不需铺设模板和支模、免钢筋绑扎、免浇筑混凝土,不仅综合成本比传统现浇钢筋混凝土技术低,还缩短了工期,提高了施工效率。 In the construction of traditional cast-in-situ reinforced concrete roof eaves,it is necessary to erect and dismantle the cantilever operation support platform,which belongs to"dangerous project"and has a long construction period.In this paper,the structural technology of assembled roof cornice with full-scale prefabricated reinforced concrete is proposed.The structural components are full-scale prefabricated reinforced concrete components,which can be assembled by dry connection without erecting the cantilever operation support platform.It has fast installation speed,and there is no need to lay formwork and support formwork,no reinforcement binding and no concrete pouring.It not only has lower comprehensive cost than the traditional cast-in-situ reinforced concrete technology,but also shortens the construction period and improves the construction efficiency.
