装配式建筑产业工人技能评价关键要点分析

Analysis on key points of workers'skill evaluation in assembly construction Industry

针对装配式建筑在推广使用阶段相应产业工人技能培训考核机制不成熟的问题,系统阐述了制订装配式产业工人技能标准的必要性、主要内容和相应的具体评价指标。结合目前装配式建筑的特点,建议从专业能力、职业道德、熟练程度三个层面进行考虑。进而结合装配式建筑工艺的特点,分别对构件制作工、构件装配工、预埋工和灌浆工4类工种制订具体的评价指标。相关评价要点被福建省工程建设地方标准《装配式建筑产业工人技能标准》所采纳,促进了装配式建筑产业工人的发展。

In view of the immaturity of skill training and assessment mechanism of industrial workers in the stage of spreading and using prefabricated buildings,the necessity,main contents and corresponding specific evaluation indexes of establishing the skill standard of prefabricated industrial workers are systematically expounded.Combined with the current characteristics of prefabricated buildings,it is suggested to consider from three levels of professional ability,professional ethics and proficiency.Then combined with the characteristics of prefabricated building technology,the specific evaluation indicators are formulated respectively for four types of work:component maker,component assembler,embedded worker and grouting worker.The relevant points have been adopted by fujian Provincial engineering construction local standard"Skill Standard for Workers in prefabricated Construction Industry(DBJ/T13-348-2021)",which greatly promotes the development of workers in prefabricated construction industry.
