摘要
小型膜生物反应器具有处理效果好、占地少、污泥产量低、抗负荷、自动化程度高等优点,主要用于分散式污水处理,实现高标准排放和中水回用,具有广阔的运用前景。国家建筑标准设计图集19S707《小型生活排水处理成套设备选用与安装》出版,极大地方便了设计人员选用,预留条件。为保证选用设备满足用户使用要求,文章以图集为例,从工艺原理和技术特点入手,对成套设备工艺流程、安装方式和设备型号的选择进行深入分析,并对化粪池预处理、运行方式、除磷和处理效益等问题进行探讨,给出根据进出水水质、当地场地环境条件;处理流量通过技术经济比较后选择设备。
Small Membrane Bio-Reactor has the advantages of good treatment effect,small area,low sludge output,load resistance,high degree of automation,etc.It is mainly used for decentralized sewage treatment,achieving high standard discharge and reclaimed water reuse,and has broad application prospects.The publication of the National Building Standard Design Atlas 19S707 Selection and Installation of Complete Sets of Equipment for Small-scale Living Drainage Treatment has greatly facilitated the selection and reservation of conditions for designers.In order to ensure that the selected equipment meets the user’s requirements,the article takes the atlas as an example,starts with the process principle and technical characteristics,conducts an in-depth analysis of the process flow,installation method and equipment model selection of the complete set of equipment,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the pretreatment and operation of the septic tank.The methods,dephosphorization and treatment benefits are discussed.Finally the selection of equipment is made after technical and economic comparisons based on the quality of the incoming and outgoing water,the environmental conditions of the local site,and the treatment flow.
