城市排水防涝系统科学调度管理方法探索与实践

Exploration and practice of the scientific scheduling management method of urban drainage and waterlogging prevention system

基于城市排水防涝系统调度管理现状问题,从管理机构、管理方式、管理技术三个层面,提出新时期内涝防治需求下的城市排水防涝系统科学调度管理方法。以福州市为例,提出城市排水防涝系统科学调度管理实践模式,以期为国内其他地区城市内涝防治工作提供理论与实践参考。

Based on the current situation of urban drainage and waterlogging prevention system dispatching and management,under the demand of waterlogging prevention and control,the scientific dispatching management method of urban drainage and waterlogging prevention system in the new period,is proposed in three aspects of management organization,management method and management technology.Taking Fuzhou as an example,this paper proposes a scientific dispatching and management practice model of urban drainage and waterlogging prevention system,in order to provide scientific reference for urban waterlogging prevention and control in other regions in China.
