摘要 在沥青混合料施工阶段,改性沥青在高温条件下与氧气接触,发生氧化反应,产生短期老化。现场施工时改性沥青的老化状态与室内沥青模拟老化相差较大。主要探究室内拌制混合料与现场回收混合料中改性沥青的指标差距,通过信息化数据平台,分析研究高速公路建设项目施工过程中,改性沥青的老化温度和老化时间问题。研究结果表明,现场改性沥青比室内拌制混合料中改性沥青的各项指标老化程度更深,现场改性沥青的短期老化温度为173℃~175℃,老化时间为60 min~150 min。改性沥青现场短期老化条件的确定,有利于真实模拟现场改性沥青的老化状态,为实体工程质量提供技术支撑。 The construction stage of asphalt mixture,the modified asphalt is in contact with oxygen at high temperature.Asphalt oxidizes and produces short-term aging.There is a great difference between the aging state of the modified asphalt and the simulated aging state of the indoor asphalt.This paper mainly explores the index gap between the modified asphalt in the indoor mixed mixture and the on-site recovered mixture.The aging temperature and aging time of modified asphalt in the process of expressway construction are analyzed through information data platform.The results show that the aging degree of the modified asphalt in the field is deeper than that of the modified asphalt in the indoor mixing mixture.The short-term aging temperature and aging time of field modified asphalt are 173℃~175℃and 60 min~150 min.The determination of on-site short-term aging conditions of modified asphalt is conducive to the real simulation of on-site modified asphalt aging state.It provides technical support for solid engineering quality.
