农业产业化联合体协同效应分析——基于治理模式的视角

Analysis on Synergy Effect of Agricultural Industrialization Consortium——From the Perspective of Governance Model

探究农业产业化联合体的协同效应有利于促进联合体内部协同发展,对实施乡村振兴战略、促进农民增收具有重要意义。本文基于治理模式视角,从流量效应、共享效应和目标价值共创效应三个维度评价协同效应,利用225份联合体调研数据,运用组合赋权法与模糊综合评价方法,分析了农业产业化联合体的协同效应内涵和表现评价,探究了企业治理、契约治理和关系治理三种治理模式下农业产业化联合体协同效应的差异与原因。分析表明,不同治理模式下的农业产业化联合体协同效应水平存在显著差异。关系治理模式下联合体协同效应水平明显高于企业治理与契约治理模式下的表现,风险应对态度、成员间的信任和利益分配机制是关系治理模式优于其余两种模式的主要原因。基于此,本文建议扩大联合体经营的产品种类,改善资源同质化情况,促进资源要素在联合体内流动和共享,完善风险共担机制,在不同的发展阶段采取差异化的治理方式,向股份制合作发展,促进联合体协同。

Exploring the synergistic effect of the agricultural industrialization consortium is conducive to promoting the coordinated development within the consortium,and is of great significance to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the increase of farmers’income.Based on the perspective of governance model,this paper evaluates the synergistic effect from the three dimensions of flow effect,sharing effect and target value co-creation effect.Using 225 consortium survey data,using the combination weighting method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper analyzes the agricultural industrialization alliance.Based on the connotation and performance evaluation of the synergy effect,the differences and reasons of the synergy effect of the agricultural industrialization consortium under the three governance modes of enterprise governance,contract governance and relationship governance were explored.The analysis shows that there are differences in the level of synergy effect of agricultural industrialization complexes under different governance modes.The synergy level of the consortium under the relationship governance model is significantly higher than that under the corporate governance and contract governance models.Risk response attitude,trust among members and benefit distribution mechanism are the main reasons why the relationship governance model is better than the other two models.Based on this,this paper proposes to expand the types of products operated by the consortium,improve the homogeneity of resources,promote the flow and sharing of resource elements within the consortium,improve the risk sharing mechanism,adopt differentiated governance methods at different development stages,and move towards a joint-stock system.Cooperation and development,and promote the synergy of the consortium.
