农户参与合作经济组织与跨区域非农就业——基于江西省“百村千户”(2018)数据分析

Farmers’Participation in Cooperative Economic Organizations and Cross Regional Non-agricultural Employment——Empirical Analysis Based on Endogenous Transformation Probit Model

随着乡村振兴战略的不断推进,发展农村合作经济组织在盘活农村资源要素、引领小农户与大市场接轨、助力农业发展等方面发挥着重要作用。本文基于2018年北京大学现代农学院“中国乡村振兴战略智库数据平台建设项目”——江西省“百村千户”调查数据,运用二元Probit模型、IV Probit模型、ESP模型及中介效应模型实证分析了参与合作经济组织对农户跨区域非农就业的影响。研究发现:参与合作经济组织显著抑制了农户跨区域非农就业,参与合作经济组织对不同农户跨区域非农就业的影响具有异质性,农业经营收入和务农意愿在农户参与合作经济组织对跨区域非农就业的影响中发挥了中介作用。为解决农村“空心化”问题、促进农业高质量发展,应加快培育合作经济组织的步伐,鼓励农户积极参与合作经济组织。

With the continuous promotion of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the development of rural cooperative economic organizations plays an important role in revitalizing rural resource elements,leading small farmers to connect with the big market,and assisting agricultural development.Based on the survey data of“Hundreds of Villages and Thousands of Households”in Jiangxi Province,the“China Rural Revitalization Strategy Think Tank Data Platform Construction Project”of the Modern Agriculture College of Peking University in 2018,this paper used the bivariate Probit model,IV Probit model,ESP model and intermediary effect model to empirically demonstrate the impact of participating in cooperative economic organizations on the cross-regional non-agricultural employment of farmers is analyzed.The results showed that participation in cooperative economic organizations significantly inhibited farmers’cross-regional non-agricultural employment,the impact of participation in cooperative economic organizations on cross-regional non-agricultural employment of different farmers is heterogeneous,agricultural business income and willingness to participate in agriculture play an intermediary role in the impact of farmers’participation in cooperative economic organizations on cross-regional non-agricultural employment.In order to solve the problem of rural“hollowing out”and promote high-quality agricultural development,the pace of cultivating cooperative economic organizations should be accelerated and farmers should be encouraged to actively participate in cooperative economic organizations.
