摘要
反应堆严重事故下,压力容器存在因冷却不充分而蠕变失效的风险。基于修正θ-projection蠕变模型提出了一种针对反应堆压力容器钢SA533B的蠕变模型,该模型能够完整描述3段蠕变过程,模拟结果与实验结果蠕变曲线符合较好,同时可通过插值方法预测任意载荷下的蠕变行为。该模型可进一步用于压力容器失效的相关算例分析。
Under severe reactor accidents,there is a risk of creep failure of pressure vessel due to insufficient cooling.Based on the modifiedθ-projection creep model,a creep model for reactor pressure vessel steel SA533B is proposed.The model can completely describe the three-stage creep process,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental result creep curve.At the same time,the creep behavior under any load can be predicted by interpolation method.The model can be further used in the relevant case analysis of pressure vessel failure.
