核电厂寿期管理对象筛选分级方法研究

摘要 寿期管理(LCM)的对象是对核电厂安全性、可用性和经济性有重要影响的系统或设备,如何识别这些对象是LCM业务的基础。在对美国电力研究所(EPRI)传统寿期管理对象筛选分级方法研究的基础上,结合我国核电企业设备管理现状和需求,提出了一种兼顾设备关键度和经济性因素的筛选方法,同时确立了能够反映设备功能重要性和实际运维状况的分级属性,采用层次分析法计算各属性的权重,进而确定LCM对象的优先级排名。在某核电机组应用结果表明,这种定量的筛选分级方法符合行业经验和设备实际运维状态,具有重要的应用价值和现实指导意义。 The objects of life cycle management(LCM)are systems or equipment that have an important impact on the safety,availability and economy of power plants.How to identify these objects is the basis of LCM.Based on the study of the traditional life cycle management object screening and ranking method of Electric Power Research Institute(EPRI),and combined with the present situation and demand of equipment management of Chinese nuclear power enterprises,a screening method which takes into account both equipment criticality and economic factors is put forward.Besides,the hierarchical attributes that can reflect the functional importance and the actual operation and maintenance status of the equipment are established,and the weight of each attribute is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process,and then the priority rankings of the LCM objects are determined.The application results in a nuclear power unit show that this quantitative screening and ranking method is in line with industry experience and the actual operation and maintenance status of equipment,and has important application value and practical guiding significance.
