煤矿安全监管工作中“双随机一公开”信息系统的构建研究

Research on the Construction of"Double Random and One Open"Information System in Coal Mine Safety Supervision

为使当前煤矿安全监管效率更高、更公平、更公正,构建了煤矿安全监管“双随机一公开”信息系统,介绍了该系统中“双随机一公开”的主要内涵,探讨了该系统的主要构建思路,提出了该系统的逻辑架构与功能架构,指出了该系统的主要运行机制,以供煤矿安全监管参考。

In order to make the current coal mine safety supervision more efficient,fairer and more just,a“double random and one open”information system for coal mine safety supervision was constructed.This paper introduces the main connotation of“double random and one open”in the system,discusses the main construction ideas of the system,puts forward the logical structure and functional structure of the system,and points out the main operation mechanism of the system for reference of coal mine safety supervision.
