CPR1000堆型核电厂DVC电加热器故障分析及改进措施

摘要 根据CPR1000堆型核电厂电加热器设计选型思路对DVC电加热器的设计功率、设计参数、相对湿度等进行了计算分析及对比验证,确认了DVC新风净化系统试验过程中引发电加热器故障的主要原因,采用拆除电加热管的方法解决了电加热器功率过高的问题,并在实际核电厂工程进行了应用,取得了良好效果。 According to the design and type selection idea of electric heaters in CPR1000 reactor type nuclear power plants, the design power, design parameters, relative humidity, etc. of DVC electric heater are calculated, analysed, compared and verified, and the main cause of power heater failure during the test of DVC outdoor air purification systems is confirmed. The problem of excessive power of electric heaters is solved by removing the electric heating pipe, which has been applied in the actual nuclear power plant project and achieved good results.
