摘要
目的:比较预成纤维桩与可塑性纤维桩修复残根残冠的效果。方法:选取2019年10月至2020年10月在该院进行桩核冠修复治疗的84例残根残冠患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组采用可塑性纤维桩修复,观察组采用预成纤维桩修复,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)评分、咀嚼功能及治疗后1年内不良事件发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的80.95%(34/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SBI、PD值、OHIP-14评分均低于对照组,咀嚼效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为4.76%(2/42),显著低于对照组的23.81%(10/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预成纤维桩修复残根残冠的效果优于可塑纤维桩,可有效改善牙周健康情况及咀嚼功能,降低不良事件发生率,提高口腔健康程度。
Objective: To compare effects of prefabricated fiber post and Everstick fiber post in repair of residual roots and crowns. Methods:A total of 84 patients with residual roots and crowns who underwent post-core crown repair treatment in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020were selected for a prospective study, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method(42 cases in each group).. The control group was repaired with Everstick fiber posts, while the observation group was repaired with prefabricated fiber posts. The clinical efficacy, the sulcus bleeding index(SBI), the periodontal probing depth(PD), the oral health impact profile(OHIP-14) score, the masticatory function and the incidence of adverse events within 1 year after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%(40/42), which was higher than 80.95%(34/42) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the SBI and PD values as well as the OHIP-14 score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the masticatory efficiency was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.76%(2/42), which was significantly lower than 23.81%(10/42) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: The prefabricated fiber post in repair of residual roots and residual crowns is better than plastic fiber post, which can effectively improve the periodontal health and the masticatory function, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and improve the oral health.
