摘要
对中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司渣油加氢装置改造前后两个周期的失活催化剂进行了对比分析,结果表明:沿反应物流方向,(镍+钒)沉积量呈先增大后减小的趋势,且钒在反应物流方向上游的沉积比例更大;铁沉积量呈前高后低的趋势且有催化剂床层结盖的现象;积炭量呈逐渐降低的趋势且高温操作会导致催化剂的积炭量显著增加。根据杂质沉积分布的不同特点及其影响因素提出了渣油加氢催化剂级配的改进方向。
The spent catalysts in the two cycles before and after the revamping of the residue hydrogenation unit of Hainan Refining&Chemical Co.Ltd.were analyzed.The results showed that along the reaction flow direction,the deposition amount of(nickel+vanadium)was increased first and then decreased,and the deposition proportion of vanadium was higher in the upstream of the reaction flow direction;the amount of iron deposition showed a trend of high front and then low,and there was a phenomenon of capping;the carbon deposition amount was gradually decreased,and the high temperature operation led to a significant increase in the amount of carbon deposition on the catalyst.According to the different characteristics of impurity deposition distribution and its influencing factors,the improvement directions of residue hydrogenation catalyst gradation were proposed.
