摘要
以油品和氢气为原料,选用欧拉-欧拉多相流模型和标准k-ε湍流模型,利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件建立了固定床反应器分配盘数学模型,并在验证模型准确性的基础上对由溢流型分配器组成的分配盘进行性能分析,考察了分配器排列方式、间距、分配盘下方空高等因素对分配盘性能的影响。结果表明,当以正方形形式排列、布点间距为118 mm、分配盘与催化剂床层间距为150 mm时,气液分配盘液相分布的不均匀度最小,仅为1.86%,比基本构型分配盘的液相分布不均匀度降低了42.9%。
As an important component in fixed-bed reactor,the performance of gas-liquid distributor directly affects the operation efficiency of the reactor.In this paper,using oil and hydrogen as raw materials,Euler-Euler multiphase flow model and standard k-εturbulence model,a mathematical model of distributor in fixed bed reactor was established by using computational fluid dynamics software.On the basis of verifying the accuracy of the model,the performance of the distributor composed of overflow distributor was analyzed,and the effects of the arrangement,spacing and height of the distributor on the performance of the distributor were investigated.The results showed that the distribution of the liquid phase in the gas-liquid distribution tray was the smallest,only 1.86%,when arranged in square form,the spacing between the distribution points was 118 mm and the spacing between the distributor and the catalyst bed was 150 mm.Compared with the basic configuration of the distribution plate,the liquid distribution uniformity was reduced by 42.9%.
