基于STM32单片机的非接触式红外测温系统设计

摘要 为了满足疫情条件下对温度快速测量的需求,本文设计了一套以STM32单片机为核心控制器的非接触式红外测温系统。系统采用AMG8833红外热成像模块采集8*8的温度矩阵,通过I2C通讯传回MCU,MCU经过插值计算、RGB编码等处理后再将热像图显示在TFT-LCD屏上。系统还设置有高温报警功能,报警温度可以自主高低调节,当温度过高时会亮灯并伴随蜂鸣器报警。通过仿真及实物测试,验证了本文设计的红外测温系统能够实现实时非接触性温度测量。 In order to meet the needs of rapid temperature measurement under epidemic conditions,a non-contact infrared temperature measurement system based on STM32 single chip microcomputer is designed in this paper.The system adopts AMG8833 infrared thermal imaging module to collect 8*8 temperature matrix,which is transmitted back to MCU through I2C communication.After interpolation calculation and RGB coding,MCU displays the thermal image on TFT-LCD screen.The system is also equipped with high temperature alarm function.The alarm temperature can be adjusted independently.When the temperature is too high,the light will be on and the buzzer will alarm.Through simulation and physical test,it is verified that the infrared temperature measurement system designed in this paper can achieve real-time non-contact temperature measurement.
