Protective Effect of Acacia on Intestinal Tract of mice Infected with Eschrichia Coli

探索金合欢素对感染大肠杆菌肠道小鼠肠道的保护作用,观察小鼠肠道HE染色情况,用药前后的体重对比、白细胞的变化,对比单一肠道感染大肠杆菌的小鼠,实验表明金合欢素对小鼠肠道黏膜有保护作用。

To explore the protective effect of acacia on intestinal tract of mice infected with E.Coli,and to observe the changes of intestinal HE staining,body weight and white blood cells before and after administration of Acacia,and to compare the effect of acacia on intestinal tract of mice infected with E.coli alone,the results showed that Leucaena had protective effect on Intestinal Mucosa of mice.
