摘要
介绍了一种采用集成波导作为过渡媒介的毫米波信号由同轴传输向带状线传输转换结构的设计方法。微波信号的整个传输过程包含两次变换,同轴-波导以及波导-带状线,两次变化过程中均保证了良好的接地效果,电磁屏蔽良好。采用这种结构建立了一款27 GHz~30 GHz的同轴转带状线的模型,并加工了对背的实物测试结构,实际测试结果与仿真结果高度拟合,在27 GHz~30 GHz的频带内回波损耗优于-15 dB,单端口传输损耗仅为0.5 dB,满足工程化应用的需求。
In this paper,a design method of millimeter wave signal conversion structure from coaxial transmission to stripline transmission using integrated waveguide as transition medium is introduced.The whole transmission process of microwave signal includes two transformations,coaxial to waveguide and waveguide to stripline.Good common ground effect and good electromagnetic shielding are ensured in both changes.A 27 GHz~30 GHz model for coaxial to stripline is established by using this structure,and the back-to-back physical test structure is processed.The actual test results are highly fitted with the simulation results.In the 27 GHz~30 GHz frequency band,the return loss is better than-15 dB,and the single port transmission loss is only 0.5 dB,which meets the needs of engineering application.
