摘要
基于Solidworks,对计算机辅助设计流程进行规范化设计,提高设计效率。首先,基于传统机械设计中的重点环节,梳理计算机辅助设计核心节点,有三维模型建立,机构运动学仿真,零件有限元应力应变分析,工程图投影。其次,以上述设计关键节点为核心,建立规范化设计流程,将该规范流程应用于垃圾清运车搬运机械臂设计。最后,对该规范化设计流程进行评估,结果表明规范化设计流程可以有效提高设计效率和准确率。
This paper carries out standardized design for computer aided design process based on Solidworks to improve design efficiency.Firstly,it combes core nodes of computer aided design based on key links in traditional mechanical design,and they are 3D model building,mechanism kinematic emulation,part finite element stress and strain analysis,and engineering drawing projection.Secondly,with the above key design nodes as the core,this paper establishes a standardized design process and the standardized design process is used for mechanical arm design for garbage removal and transportation vehicles.In the end,the standardized design process is evaluated,and the results show that this standardized design process could improve the design efficiency and accuracy effectively.
