基于GIS的土地收购储备系统设计与实现

摘要 针对目前大部分县级市地区土地收购储备的处于原始纸质文档材料阶段和管理手段单一等问题,文章基于GPS、地理信息系统(Geographic Information Systems,GIS)、移动互联网,设计并实现了土地收购储备系统。该系统标准化、规范化储备土地标准数据库,并通过高效的GIS空间数据可视化渲染等技术,实现以图管地,图、属、档互查,形成台账化、可视化、动态更新清晰化的管理机制,保障了土地储备数据资产的准确性、现势性和直观性。 In view of the problems such as the original paper document material stage and single management means of land acquisition and reserve in current most county-level city areas, this paper designs and implements the land acquisition and reserve system based on GPS, GIS and mobile Internet. The system standardizes and standardizes the reserve land standard database, realizes the management of land by map and the mutual inspection of map, genus and file through efficient GIS spatial data visualization rendering and other technologies. A management mechanism of accounting, visualization and clear and dynamic updating has been formed. And the accuracy, current situation and intuitiveness of land reserve data assets have been guaranteed.
