摘要
为了实现对物体颜色、几何形状、直线距离等参数的准确测量,文章设计了基于OpenMV的非接触式物体尺寸形态测量系统,摄像头模块OpenMV以STM32H7为控制核心对物体进行测量,Arduino Nano单片机用作下位机进行信息传输,OpenMV控制导向装置舵机自动寻找目标物体,使激光束指示出被测目标的中心位置,实时测量中心点与被测目标之间的距离,同时还实现了语音播报检测结果、手机APP显示等功能。测试结果表明,该系统的性能可靠,技术指标满足设计要求。
In order to realize the accurate measurement of object color, geometry, linear distance and other parameters, a non-contact object size and shape measurement system based on OpenMV is designed. The camera module OpenMV measures the object with STM32H7 as the control core, and Arduino Nano single-chip microcomputer is used as the lower computer for information transmission,OpenMV controls the steering gear of the guiding device to automatically find the target object to make the laser beam indicate the central position of the measured target, and measure the distance between the central point and the measured target in real time. At the same time,it also realizes innovative functions such as voice broadcast detection results and mobile APP display. The test results show the system has reliable performance and technical indicators meet the design requirements.
