摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)通过转录后、翻译后和表观遗传机制调控各种病理生理过程,它们作为肿瘤微环境中的关键组分,参与了肿瘤的发生发展。癌相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associated fibroblasts,CAFs)与肿瘤细胞相互作用,促进了肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、迁移、耐药及免疫逃逸。lncRNA不仅能在细胞内调节CAFs和肿瘤细胞的内在特性,还可以通过外泌体在细胞外发挥作用,从而调控肿瘤发生发展过程中的各种生物学进程。本文概述了CAFs和肿瘤细胞互作过程中起作用的lncRNA,总结了其可能的调控机制,并对后续的研究方向及临床应用进行了讨论。
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)regulates various pathophysiological processes through post-transcriptional,post-translational and epigenetic mechanisms,and they are involved in tumor development as key components in the tumor microenvironment.Cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)interact with tumor cells to promote proliferation,invasion,migration,drug resistance and immune evasion.lncRNA not only regulate the intrinsic properties of CAFs and cancer cells intracellularly,but alsoact extracellularly via exosomes,thus influencing diverse biological processes during tumor development.This review outlines the lncRNA in the interplay between CAFs and tumor cells,summarizes their possible regulatory mechanisms,and discusses the subsequent research directions and clinical applications.
