PI3K信号通路在急性髓细胞白血病治疗及耐药性调节中作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 PI3K-AKT-mTOR通路是人体内重要的信号通路之一,其在控制细胞生长、分化、凋亡和自噬等方面都发挥着重要作用。近年来研究发现,PI3K-AKT-mTOR信号通路与急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)的发生发展密切相关。以PI3K-AKT-mTOR通路为靶点的AML治疗也取得了很大进步。本文就PI3K-AKT-mTOR信号通路的组成、表达、调控以及该信号通路相关抑制剂在AML中的研究进展进行综述,并对今后的研究方向进行展望。 The PI3K-AKT-mTOR pathway is one of the important signaling pathways in the human body,and it plays an important role in controlling cell growth,differentiation,apoptosis,and autophagy.In recent years,studies have found that PI3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of AML.Great progress has also been made in the treatment of AML targeting the PI3K-AKT-mTOR pathway.This article reviews the composition,expression and regulation of PI3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway and the research progress of inhibitors of this signaling pathway in AML,and prospects for future research directions.
