摘要
为促进有限元分析软件在纺纱领域中的有效应用,更好地解决生产实践中的问题,针对有限元分析技术在纺纱设备机件变形、纺纱过程中的流场、静电场、磁场及纤维与器材之间的受力等方面的具体应用案例进行了综述,对有限元分析技术在生产实践中应用出现的问题进行了梳理和剖析。在此基础上归纳了有限元分析软件在应用过程中遇到的瓶颈和局限性,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望,为有限元分析技术在纺纱领域的推广应用,更好地指导生产实践提供有利的参考。
In order to promote the effective application of finite element analysis software in spinning field and better solve the problems in production practice,the specific application cases of finite element analysis technology in spinning equipment deformation,flow field,electrostatic field,magnetic field and force between fiber and equipment were reviewed.The problems in the application of finite element analysis technology in production practice are analyzed.On this basis,the bottlenecks and limitations in the application of finite element analysis software are summarized,and the future development trend is forecasted,which provides a favorable reference for the promotion and application of finite element analysis technology in the field of spinning and guiding production practice better.
