智慧司法背景下律师行业的反思与前瞻——以深圳智慧律师系统为出发点

Reflections and Prospects on the Lawyer Industry Under the Background of Smart Justice——Taking the Shenzhen Smart Lawyer System as the Case

在智慧司法大背景下,相对于火热开展的“智慧法院”“智慧检务”“智慧公安”来说,智慧律师系统建设相对较为缓慢。律师作为司法活动的主要参与主体之一,加快其智慧系统建设有利于提升律师自身的专业化水平,畅通其与公检法机关工作有效衔接渠道。当前我国的智慧律师系统建设虽然取得了一部分成效,但仍存在着缺乏统一规划、数据资源不充足、律师主体对系统建设参与积极性不高等问题。理性反思智慧律师系统建设中存在的问题,有利于加强与其他司法机关相关事项的交流合作、完善律师行业的大数据建设工作、培育出更多的复合型法律人才参与到智慧系统建设中来。

Against the context of smart justice,the construction of the“smart lawyer system”is relatively slow,compared with the hotly developed“smart court”,“smart procuratorate”and“smart policing”.As lawyers are one of the main participants in judicial activities,the construction of smart lawyer systems conduces to the professional level of lawyers,facilitating the communication between lawyers and different governmental sectors.At present,although achievements have been made in the smart lawyer system,there are still problems such as lack of unified planning,insufficient data resources,and low involvement.Therefore,reflection on the existing problems of the smart lawyer system is conducive to strengthening exchanges and cooperation with other judicial authorities on related matters;improving the construction of big data in the lawyer industry;and cultivating more compound legal talents to participate in the construction of the smart system.
