摘要
我国教育均衡的内涵正由形式公平转向实质公平,人们对教育公平的关注转向了规则公平、“上好学”与优质公平。利用扎根理论的研究范式搜集与分析材料,发现家长评价区域义务教育均衡发展的要素包括区域经济条件和文化地位、学校的文化传统、校长的领导风格、学校的硬件配置、师资水平、教师的教学水平与师德、生源等。可以通过优化教育政策、促进优质教育资源的流动、提升校长与教师的教育教学素养、促进特色学校的建设和宣传教育均衡信息等途径来提升家长对教育公平的感知能力和对义务教育均衡发展的满意度。
The connotation of educational balance in China is changing from formal equity to substantive equity.People's attention to educational equity has shifted to rule equity,“good schooling”and highquality equity.Using the research paradigm of rooted theory to collect and analyze materials,it is found that the elements of parents'evaluation of the balanced development of regional compulsory education include regional economic conditions and cultural status,school cultural tradition,principal's leadership style,school hardware configuration,teachers'level,teachers'teaching level and teachers'ethics,student source and so on.Parents'perception of educational equity and satisfaction with the balanced development of compulsory education can be improved by optimizing educational policies,promoting the flow of high-quality educational resources,improving the educational and teaching literacy of principals and teachers,promoting the construction of characteristic schools,and publicizing the information of balanced education.
