摘要
书证融通是1+X证书制度的核心思想,通过总结职业院校书证融通实施过程中的难点,分析软件行业需求特征,结合高职软件技术专业特点,设计由基础素质培养、个性化实践培养、职业技能认证培养、顶岗实习综合能力培养组成的四层课程体系结构,构建1+X证书制度下书证融通人才培养模式,突出学生的个性化特征,实现软件技术专业“一专多能”人才培养。
Course certificate integration is the core idea of the 1+X certificate system.By summarizing the difficulties encountered in the implementation in vocational colleges,analyzing the demand characteristics of the software industry,and combining the characteristics of higher vocational software technology,a four-layer curriculum system structure consisting of basic quality training,personalized practice training,vocational skills certification training,and comprehensive ability training for internships is designed.The talent training model of course certificate integration under 1+X certificate system is constructed.It highlights the individual characteristics of students,and realizes the cultivation of talents with"one specialization and multiple abilities"for software technology specialty.
