基于原料属性的商品煤营销质量 指标体系建设研究

摘要 “双碳”背景下,煤炭行业要切实提高煤炭加工转化水平,加快煤炭由单一燃料向原料和燃料并重转变。现有的商品煤质量指标体系是基于燃料属性建立起来的,已不能满足基于原料属性的商品煤营销质量评价,为此提出建立基于原料属性的商品煤营销质量指标体系。分析了煤炭燃料属性质量评价体系现存问题,研究了原料属性商品煤质量评价体系中的特点以及需要不断优化和完善的方向,从选取评价指标、建立评价准则两方面构建了原料属性商品煤质量指标体系,并研究建立了基于原料属性的商品煤营销质量评价模型。 Under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the coal industry should effectively improve the level of coal processing and conversion,and accelerate the transformation of coal from a single fuel to an equal emphasis on raw materials and fuels.The existing commercial coal quality index system is based on fuel attributes,which can not meet the evaluation of commercial coal marketing quality based on raw material attributes.Therefore,it is proposed to establish a commercial coal marketing quality index system based on raw material attributes.This paper analyzes the existing problems of the coal fuel attribute quality evaluation system,studies the characteristics of the raw material attribute commercial coal quality evaluation system and the direction of the system development that needs to be continuously optimized and improved,constructs the raw material attribute commercial coal quality index system from the selection of evaluation indicators and the establishment of evaluation criteria,and studies and establishes the commercial coal marketing quality evaluation model based on raw material attributes.
