高校实验室安全管理标准化“1+N”模型构建及应用

Establishment and Application of Standardization of“1+N”Model in University Laboratory Safety Management

为了进一步完善高校实验室安全管理工作,依据企业安全生产标准化基本规范,提出高校实验室安全管理体系的4阶组织机构与13个核心要素;运用“1+N”模型,采用PDCA循环模式将实验室安全管理标准化工作与实验室日常安全管理工作融合,进一步构建了高校实验室安全管理“1+N”模型的二、三阶层。同时通过实例阐述“1+N”模型在高校实验室日常安全检查中的运行机制,讨论了该模型需要改进的地方。

In order to further improve the university laboratory safety management,according to the basic norms of enterprise safety production standardization,four-level organization with 13 core elements of the university laboratory safety management system were proposed.Using the“1+N”model and PDCA cycle model,the standardization work of laboratory safety management and the daily safety management work of laboratory were integrated,and the second and third levels of the“1+N”model of university laboratory safety management were constructed.Finally,the paper illustrated the operation mechanism of“1+N”model in the daily safety inspection management of university laboratories with examples,and pointed out the shortcomings of the model.
