摘要
为了提高广大教师教书育人和科研创新的积极性,地方高校绩效工资改革正在有序开展。地方高校采用科学的薪酬分配方式,研究提高科技人才创新和教学积极性的措施。基于此,在绩效工资背景下,探讨了地方高校采取的激励制度。首先,以差别工资制和公平理论为基础,探索绩效工资的基本原理;其次,分析地方高校薪酬分配的现状;最后,对绩效薪资激励政策的措施进行深入研究。
In order to enhance the enthusiasm of teachers in teaching and educating and scientific research innovation,the reform of perfor-mance-based salary in local universities is being launched in an orderly way.Local universities adopt scientific salary distribution methods to study measures to improve the innovation and teaching enthusiasm of scientific and technological talents.Under the background of perfor-mance pay,the incentive mechanism adopted by local universities is studied in this paper.Firstly,based on the differential wage system and equity theory,the basic principle of performance-based salary is explored.Next,the present situation of salary distribution is analyzed in local universities.Finally,it makes an in-depth study on the measures of performance salary incentive policy.
