Scientific Grasp and Solution of “Problems” in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era

突出的问题导向、强烈的问题意识既是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想形成和发展重要的内生因素,也是其鲜明的理论特质。而这与习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想对“问题”独特的科学关注、正确理解密切相关。具体表现为三层维度。其一,问题的本质或实质,强调问题是“时代的声音”“事物矛盾的表现形式”;其二,问题在现实中的重要价值,强调“历史总是在不断解决问题中前进的”“问题是创新的起点和动力源”;其三,问题的求解,强调主义、方法、思维和学习的“四位一体”。对这三层维度的准确理解和深入把握,成为更好地理解、把握和践行习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,进而实现理论创新和实践创新良性互动的基本要求。

Prominent problem orientation and strong problem awareness are both important endogenous factors in the formation and development of Xi Jinping’s Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and its distinctive theoretical qualities.This is closely related to its characteristic scientific attention to and correct understanding of “problems”.This is manifested in three dimensions.First,the essence or substance of the problem,emphasizing that the problem is “the voice of the times”and “the expression of the contradiction of things”;second,the important value of the problem in reality,emphasizing that “history is always moving forward in the process of solving problems” and “problems are the starting point and power source of innovation”;third,the solution of problems,emphasizing the “four-in-one” of doctrine,method,thinking and learning.An accurate understanding and indepth grasp of these three dimensions is the basic requirement for better understanding,grasping and practicing Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,thus achieving a healthy interaction between theoretical and practical innovation.
