摘要
运用文本分析技术对435则招聘启事进行统计分析,并基于胜任素质的“洋葱模型”,构建人力资源管理专业毕业生就业素质模型。在对该模型的各项重要就业素质进行分析的基础上,分别对高校和毕业生提出相应建议,以帮助毕业生提升就业素质。
A statistical analysis was made of 435 job ads with the text analysis technology to construct the employment quality model for human resources management majors based on the “onion model” of competency, the employment quality model of human resources management graduates was constructed. Based on the analysis of the important employment qualities of the model, some corresponding suggestions were proposed to help the graduates improve the employment quality.
