老旧小区屋顶花园承洪韧性预测——以长春市为例

摘要 近年来长春市老旧小区面临严重的雨洪问题。通过相关公式的计算,来预测屋顶花园的雨水滞留量及滞留时间,有效体现屋顶花园的承洪韧性。结果表明,研究区域改造屋顶花园完毕后,可滞留雨水量范围为383.85~505.93m^(3)。当降雨历时为60min、基质层滞水量范围从最小到最大且重现期为10a一遇、20a一遇和50a一遇时,基质层达到饱和状态时所需时间范围分别为52~69min, 44~59min和38~50min;当降雨历时为90min、基质层滞水量范围从最小到最大且重现期为10a一遇、20a一遇和50a一遇时,基质层达到饱和状态时所需时间范围分别为67~88min, 57~75min和49~65min。 In recent years, the old community of Changchun City has faced serious rainfall and flooding problems. The rainwater retention and retention time of the roof garden are predicted with relevant formula, which effectively reflects the flooding resilience of the roof garden. The results show that the amount of rainwater retained after the roof garden renovation in the study area is 383.85~505.93 m^(3).
