本文探讨了智慧图书馆与数字图书馆的承继关系,提出智慧图书馆环境下参考咨询服务的主要特征是对用户需求的智慧识别、对知识化资源的精确配置以及技术手段和人文理念并重的精准服务模式创新,进而从参考咨询服务理念的坚守与创新、知识内容建设积累、智慧化软件系统支撑、专业化馆员队伍建设以及多维融合参考咨询服务运营模式探索等方面讨论了智慧图书馆参考咨询服务能力提升的实现路径。参考文献19。

This paper discusses the inheritance relationship between smart library and digital library.It is proposed that in the environment of smart library,intelligent identification of users’needs,precise allocation of knowledge resources,and innovation of precise service models with equal emphasis on technical means and humanistic concepts are the mainfeatures of reference consulting services.From the update of reference and consulting service concept,accumulation of knowledge content,intelligent software system support,professional librarian team construction,and exploration of multi-dimensional integrated reference service operation mode,the realization path of smart library reference service capability improvement is discussed.19 refs.
