摘要 核化工工艺阀门数量多、应用场景复杂,是保证核化工工艺安全、可持续运行的重要设备。本文介绍了核化工工艺阀门的主要分类和分布情况,通过阀门运行环境、阀门主体材质、阀门类别、驱动方式、连接形式、密封结构以及采购过程的技术要求等方面详细论述了核化工工艺阀门的选型过程,并对阀门的设计、制造、验收过程的标准化提出了建议和展望。 Process valve,which has large number and complex application scenarios in nuclear chemical engineering,plays an import role in ensuring the safety and sustainable operation of nuclear chemical process.This paper introduces the mainly classification and distribution of process valve in nuclear chemical project,the selection process of process valve is discussed in detail from the aspects of valve operation environment,valve main material,valve category,driving mode,connection form,sealing structure and technical requirements of procurement process.Suggestions and prospects for the standardization of valve design,manufacturing and acceptance process are put forward.
