过氧化二苯甲酰生产节能工艺介绍

摘要 过氧化苯二甲酰主要作为增白剂,聚合引发剂,其合成方法较多,本文介绍的是目前国内生产过氧化苯二甲酰颗粒最可靠的应用工艺,通过在碱性水溶液中氢氧化钠与过氧化氢反应生成过氧化钠,再与苯甲酰氯反应生成过氧化二苯甲酰颗粒,再经过滤、洗涤得到过氧化二苯甲酰成品(含水),通过工艺革新和实际生产,单位苯甲酰氯生成过氧化二苯甲酰成品的产量有较大提升,同时本工艺更安全、更可靠、更环保、更清洁。 Benzoyl peroxide is mainly used as whitening agent and polymerization initiator,and there are many synthetic methods.This paper introduces the most reliable application process for the production of benzoyl peroxide particles in China.Sodium peroxide is produced by the reaction of sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide in alkaline aqueous solution,and then benzoyl peroxide particles are produced by the reaction with benzoyl chloride,and then benzoyl peroxide finished products(containing water)are obtained by filtration and washing,Through process innovation and actual production,the output of dibenzoyl peroxide produced by unit benzoyl chloride has been greatly improved.At the same time,this process is safer,more reliable,more environmentally friendly and cleaner.
